TRINITY NEWSLETTER
ISSUE 156
March 24th, 2023

Hi, Spring is here and so is the time to celebrate new beginnings, renewal, and hope. This Sunday, as we gather with family and friends, let's take a moment to appreciate the blessings in our lives and spread the love of Christ.

Sunday Service: Heart Prep

Message: “A Word from the Cross: Relationships”
Speaker: Paul Lasanté

Jesus, despite experiencing physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering on the cross, still took the time to address his mother in a heart-felt and personal way. This moment reveals the heart of the Christ of glory, who not only addressed the cosmic issue of sin and atonement but also showed concern for the personal struggles of his friends and relatives.
  • Why doesn’t Jesus ask his other siblings to care for their mother?
  • What can we learn from Jesus making sure his mother is taken care of after he is gone?
  • How can we take responsibility as Christians for the care of seniors?
Praying for God’s blessing over your life for this Sunday!

Youth Sugar Shack

Trinity's Youth group is going to the Sugar Shack on Saturday, April 1st. Parents of the youth are invited to join us for this event. This is a good opportunity for families of the youth to connect and create a stronger bond of community. There is a limit of 50 people and tickets are 25$ per person -- best price in town! First come first served! Please sign up and pay through our registration page. If you have any questions, contact Nathan Orfin, our Youth Ministry Leader, at norfin@trinitymontreal.ca.

History of Pentecostalism Class

If you’re interested in understanding the biblical and historical roots of contemporary Pentecostalism, if you want to "know the certainty of the things you have been taught" (Luke.1:4) and want to "be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope" (1 Peter 3:15)… this 4-week class is for you!

Join Pastor Misha Khromyak for the first class of "Pentecostal History and Identity" on Sunday April 16th. We hope that you can join us for this enriching experience.

Last Chance to Sign up for Easter Baptisms

One of the greatest ways for us to symbolically reflect unity with Christ in resurrection is by being baptized in water. Have you made Jesus Lord in your life recently but have yet to be baptized? If so, we want to invite you to prayerfully consider signing up to be baptized on Resurrection Sunday! If you want to publicly dedicate your life to Christ in this symbolic and significant way on April 9th, then let us know by registering here.
